Meet Pamela
Well-respected among her customers and fellow NAR members, Pamela Hagan is a Sarasota native who has been serving the local real estate community for nearly 40 years. She began her real estate career in 1981, selling in Longboat Key before expanding her business to Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, and Central Sarasota. Until recently, Pam ran her own real estate firm and is thrilled to now partner with Premier Sotheby's International Realty as a broker associate. Among Pam's career highlights is her involvement in developing land east of Interstate 75, working with over 10 developers looking for building opportunities. Over the course of her career, she has sold millions in beachfront property and land for the building of new homes.
Very knowledgeable in new construction and design of condominiums and homes, Pam combines this experience with her market knowledge to determine which parts of Manatee and Sarasota counties would best fit her customers. By making the individual needs of her buyers and sellers her top priority and dealing with each customer with the utmost honesty and integrity, Pam ensures that the real estate transaction is smooth from start to finish. Pam is a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee, is a Certified Residential Specialist, and has earned the Transnational Referral Certification and the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute designation. When she is not busy working with customers, Pam is a bead artist who loves to explore new art mediums. She traveled the world, including a 2014 mission trip to Honduras where she visited eight orphanages.
Pam is actively involved in her church and volunteers with a local hospice service and enjoys spending time boating, watching movies, and taking walks with her golden retriever, Charlie. Having survived a spinal cord injury that threatened her ability to walk again, Pam is a motivational speaker who often shares her story of encouragement with others, reminding those who listen that although accidents can change your life, good things can come from them.
